Forget cables and syncing back and forth with your computer. All you need to get wallpapers to your phone is a mobile web access, also known as "wireless internet" or "data service". Open pix2.mobi site in the phone's browser and enter the download code to save phone wallpaper. Got a barcode reader on your smartphone? skip typing, just scan a qr-code to download. Optionally, you can also send direct download link as a text message (SMS) right to your phone. To download wallpaper, open the link in the text message you received.
The phone starts downloading picture automatically once you enter the picture code (or click the direct link you received in the text message).
